Shifting out of Scarcity Mindset

Therefore, by shifting your focus from the scarcity mindset of “I NEED TO FINISH THIS NOW” to the sufficiency mindset of “IT IS DONE,” you can move freely towards your goal without the pressure.
By showing your brain how to be in the “having done” mindset BEFORE you take on a big goal, you can feel safe and certain it will get done and feel like a rockstar checking off your list.
You will naturally experience less doubt and confusion and more confidence in taking risks to accelerate your growth.
By mastering this simple skill of creating your own mental safety net, you can move through the anxiety of a big task with less struggle and more ease.
