A childhood belief can free you. - A belief that I held on to for so long has eaten away at my soul for years because I kept resisting its existence to be part of my human experience as a second generation Canadian immigrant. This week my soul jumps for joy because I now recognize the true purpose of this belief and how I can move forward, fully embrace it as my truth and feel completely free with it in my life.
We don’t have to let these childhood beliefs hold us back and cause us suffering. There is so much power in taking ownership of it and giving it a warm home that it deserves. Radical self-acceptance is loosening the grip on yourself, creating space to embrace yourself and relaxing into it.
Live freely as you,
P.S. Choosing to love yourself through hard conversations with yourself is life-giving and it's beautiful to receive support through it. It would be an honour to help you loosen the grip on yourself and help you love yourself no matter what happens or doesn't happen in your life. To learn how to work together, start with a clarity call.
