The one skill that changed my life.
I used to spend so much time and energy humming and haaing, weighing out my options only to find that I didn't end up doing the thing I wanted to do most. What I would tell myself was “the moment has passed. It’s too late or it’s not the right time,” only to find myself a few months later thinking about it again and what I could have done.
As soon as I learned how to master the one skill that got me out of my negative thought loops of shame and unworthiness, my life consistently moved in a forward motion towards my goals. The best part was that it happened with ease and flow. I didn’t have to try hard or struggle - which was sooooo opposite to what my brain was used to.
I get to do the things that make me happy without waiting for the right time or for approval from another person. I do it because I know I’m worthy of creating any experience I want in my life.
I owe all this freedom to my ability to make decisions with confidence and from a place of love for myself.
Take a moment and think about how much time and energy you would gain if you knew how to make decisions that you could feel at peace with. Decisions that make you feel safe and certain.
