I felt trapped…. A LOT!
I never knew how to pinpoint the problem but I knew it felt like shit.
It was an endless battle of trying to keep myself afloat while “doing the best I could.”
I now have a name for this self-sabotaging cycle.
Side note: It always helps to give a discomfort a name. By giving it a name, you can then start to recognize that it’s not part of you. When you recognize it, then you can actually do the work to stop it from spinning.
This cycle always starts with this one innocent question.
