If you’re not achieving or living the life you want, you must find out what’s holding you back.

 

You must get down to the root cause of your problem.

 

The problem is never YOU.

 

The problem is always the thoughts you have about your life and your capability to achieve what it is you want.

 

YOU are not your thoughts.

 

Your thoughts do not own you.

 

Thoughts are a gift that only Humans get to receive every single day.  You get to choose how you want to use this gift.

 

You think over 60,000 thoughts per day.

 

How many of those thoughts are consciously deliberate?

 

How many of those thoughts are on auto-pilot?

 

Over 90% of those thoughts are repeated from the day before.

 

How many of those thoughts are thoughts that you want repeated?

 

Whatever we internalize with our thoughts and emotions is reflected in our external world.

 

If you’re not achieving or living the life you want, you must take the time to reveal and recognize your thoughts.

 

You must question those thoughts.

 

The brain will always default to the thought ‘no, I can’t.’

 

Then what?  How would you like to respond to that thought?

 

Would you want to unconsciously listen and follow-through with that thought?

 

Would you want to consciously decide to give yourself a choice of ‘yes, I can?

 

What is your biggest want for your next year?

 

How bad do you really want it?

 

The method is simple.  

 

The hard part is to feel what’s unfamiliar.

 

To change your thoughts about yourself is uncomfortable only because it’s unfamiliar.

 

Discomfort is inevitable.  How do you want to respond to it?  With another blame, excuse or a lie?

 

Or do you want to consciously decide to think differently now?

 

You never get to repeat this instant moment again.

 

You do, however, get to choose to repeat the same thought over and over again in this instant moment.

 

What do you choose to think about yourself right now?

 

What do you choose to think about your life right now?
