A MANTRA FOR SELF-HEALING

 

If you haven’t heard about this ancient practice of forgiveness yet, the Ho’oponopono prayer, is one the most healing mantras I’ve come across thus far!

 

Why I love this:

  • It’s quick and simple.
  • It’s easy to remember.
  • IT’S HEALING!

 

It covers all areas of inner peace work.

AWARENESS

ACCEPTANCE

FORGIVENESS

GRATITUDE

LOVE

 

How to use:

  1. You can use this mantra, whenever you feel challenged or frustrated by a situation or someone in your life.
  2. Repeat this mantra in your mind and from your heart over and over towards the other person or to yourself.
  3. Then experience the shift in your energy and the energy around you!

 

I used it on my morning walk with Barley (our 15-month 43 lbs old Mini-Aussie Shephard dog with an abundance of energy and strength) just the other day and it was miraculous!

I had been feeling really frustrated with his leash-pulling and had felt out of control being walking by my dog.

As soon as I started using the Ho’oponopono mantra, I almost broke into tears as the release of the pent up negative energy was slowly lifting with every repetition of it.

I couldn’t help but smile the rest of my walk as I started to turn my frustration into joy.  Barley had slowly eased up on his walk and I was less focused on him and more focused on the experience of our walk.

 

I now include it in my morning mirror practice, reciting this mantra while I give myself a hug.  SO HEALING!
