If you haven’t heard about this ancient practice of forgiveness yet, the Ho’oponopono prayer, is one the most healing mantras I’ve come across thus far!

How to use:
- You can use this mantra, whenever you feel challenged or frustrated by a situation or someone in your life.
- Repeat this mantra in your mind and from your heart over and over towards the other person or to yourself.
- Then experience the shift in your energy and the energy around you!
This morning, I used it on my walk with Barley (our 15-month 43 lbs old Mini-Aussie Shephard dog with an abundance of energy and strength) just the other day and it was miraculous!
I had been feeling really frustrated with his leash-pulling and had felt out of control being walking by my dog.
As soon as I started using the Ho’oponopono mantra, I almost broke into tears as the release of the pent up negative energy was slowly lifting with every repetition of it.
I couldn’t help but smile the rest of my walk as I started to turn my frustration into joy. Barley had slowly eased up on his walk and I was less focused on him and more focused on the experience of our walk.
I now include it in my morning mirror practice, reciting this mantra while I give myself a hug. SO HEALING!
