Do you have trouble making decisions?

Take a moment and think about something you’ve been humming and haaaaahing about.

Now think about how much time it has taken you to make that decision.

How much time could you save if you knew how to make decisions efficiently with confidence?

You would gain hours or days of time!

It’s important to understand why it takes you a certain amount of time to make a decision.

What is the one thing that’s holding you back from making a choice?

One of the top reasons I hear from my clients is this…

I don’t want to make the wrong choice.

Does this sound familiar?

I get it.  I’ve been there.

It sounds scary because we have no f*ckin’ idea what’s going to happen.

We worry about not being right and feel anxious about having to fix things after.

Our brains have nowhere to go when we spin in worry and anxiety about something that hasn’t happened.

All we end up doing is waste time.

What if every decision was the right one?

There are no wrong decisions, just right ones.

How much time would you save if you just decided that all decisions were the right decisions and you trusted yourself to back yourself up no matter what happens?

This is what typically happens when we make a decision.

We decide on something and then right away, our brain goes “wait a second, was that the right choice?”

We second-guess ourselves almost immediately.

We end up creating a habit for our brain to question our decisions which then makes it so much harder to feel confident about the decision-making process.

  • What if you could make a decision with confidence?
  • What if you could trust yourself to manage the outcome?
  • What if every decision was the right one?

How would this affect your decision making process?

How much time would you save?

How much is that time is worth to you?

Next week I will share exactly how I make decisions efficiently with confidence.

In the meantime, answer this question.

What is the one thing that’s holding you back from making a choice?

Love and Empowerment to You XO,

Vanessa Leung
