WHO WOULD YOU BE WITHOUT TIME?

Do you sacrifice what you love to do because you’re thinking “I don’t have time?!”

It’s a difficult task to be free of time. Trust me I know!

We tend to make time a rarity, constricting our freedom with timelines and feeling bound by the list of TO DOs.

Much of my own unhappiness was rooted in the stress of time… missing out on laughs and moments… “I can’t because there’s a deadline tomorrow”… “there’s not enough time in the day!”… “I wish there’s more time to do that!”

How is it that we give so much energy to something that hasn’t happened and that we are unsure will even happen?!

How does the thought of time serve you? Is it a stressor or a helper?

Most of us deal with so much stress already on a daily basis and we don’t slow ourselves down long enough to recognize how the compound effect of the mental stress around time can be detrimental to our body, health and wellbeing.

How truly productive are you, when you’re busy thinking about not enough time?

Stop using time as an excuse to sacrifice doing the things you love!  Honour yourself and choose to create time for you.  Will your family and friends complain if you have more energy and love because you took time out to do what you love? ⠀
